Keep the essentials in a scene
Save character details and writing instructions in the scene editor, then select that scene for your chat. Keep the description focused: relationships, motivations and a handful of details that must remain consistent.
A scene is reusable setup. Your conversation history holds the developing story. AI memory can miss or confuse details, so restate an important fact when the draft starts drifting.
Treat the reply as a draft
Read for voice, continuity and repetition. Would this character actually say that? Did the setting change halfway through? You decide what belongs in the finished piece.
